Support
One place to ask, one list of things to include, and a short list of things that are always a scam.
Where to ask#
| Problem | Where |
|---|---|
| Game bug, lost haul, stuck delver | Telegram group — t.me/gogloamxyz |
| Question about a system | Read the page first, then ask in Telegram |
| Something wrong in these docs | Say so in Telegram. We would rather fix it. |
| Reporting an impersonator | Telegram, with the account handle |
There is no support email and no ticket system. There is one group, it is public, and answering in public means the next person with the same problem can find it.
What to include#
For anything gone wrong in-game, this makes it fixable in one round trip instead of five:
- What you were doing — floor, cache tier, whether you were signed in
- What happened versus what you expected
- Your wallet address, if you were signed in — never a seed phrase
- A screenshot, if there is anything to see
- Browser and device
What nobody will ever ask you for#
No exceptions to any of these
- Your seed phrase or private key. Not for a refund, not to restore progress, not to verify anything. Anyone who asks is stealing.
- A signature that spends. Sign-in is a
signMessage— it proves you hold the key and approves nothing. If a prompt asks you to approve a transfer or a token allowance to sign in, it is not us. - A "sync fee", "unlock fee" or "gas top-up". No such thing exists here.
- A DM first. We do not open DMs. Anyone who does is not us, no matter what their display name says.
Lost progress#
If you were signed out, nothing was saved — the prototype keeps nothing locally on purpose, and there is nothing to recover. This is stated on the play page before you start.
If you were signed in, your profile is stored against your wallet. Sign in again on any device and it is there. If it is not, report it with the details above and we will look at the actual records rather than guess.
Response times
This is a small team in one timezone. Expect an answer within a day, faster during the hours around a launch. If something is broken badly enough to affect everyone, it goes in the channels before anyone has to ask.
